Return and refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damages and Issues

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in unused condition, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
